Annual Parish Meeting Reports

Every year, usually in May, the parish council hosts the annual parish meeting.

It is important to note that this is not a council meeting but a meeting of the electorate and all residents in Harbury and Deppers Bridge are invited to attend. It is an opportunity to hear reports from various village organisations, including the parish council, on their activities over the last year, and also to discuss any current issues affecting the community. Our county and district councillors are also usually in attendance and there is time set aside to ask them, and parish councillors, any questions you may have.

Some years we are lucky enough to have a guest speaker and the evening always concludes with drinks and nibbles and time to socialise.

Written reports are produced each year to accompany the meeting and these are available below:
