Neighbourhood Plan Proceeds to Referendum

The Harbury and Deppers Bridge Neighbourhood Plan was independently examined between May 2018 and July 2018 and the examiner recommended that, subject to some proposed modifications, the plan should proceed to referendum.

Stratford District Council has also agreed that the plan should proceed to referendum.

The referendum will be asking whether the community wishes to see the district council use the neighbourhood plan to decide planning applications in the neighbourhood area (which is based on the parish boundary).

The referendum will be held on Thursday, 29 November 2018. The polling station will be Harbury Village Hall, South Parade, Harbury, CV33 9JE.

A number of documents have been produced in order to help you make a decision on how to vote. These can be viewed on the Referendum page of the Stratford District Council website
